Vacation in Chicago
Jennifer and I took a quick three-day vacation to Chicago, and we had a blast! We visited Shedd Aquarium, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the Museum of Science and Industry, and we ate at Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. We also went to see an excellent performance of Blue Man Group at the Briar Street Theater. Check out our pictures from the trip:

Awesome. We were just there the 14th - 16th. We went to my brother’s show at the Art Institute and to the main galleries at the Institute. We also went up to the 103rd floor of the Sears Tower and (tried to) watch them dye the river green for St. Patrick’s. Norma wanted to go to Science and Industry - how was it?

I didn’t realize that your brother had a show at the Art Institute. Was it still running the week after you visited?
The Museum of Science and Industry is completely worth it, but plan to spend an entire day there. I thought that the U-505 submarine exhibit was the most interesting, but there was great stuff on genetics and the internet. They even differentiated between “hackers” and “crackers.”
