Pictures of Anneliese’s Baptism
Anneliese Elizabeth Carnahan was baptized among the people of God at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Asbury, IA on 8 February 2009. The dress she is wearing was hand sewn, knit, and crocheted by her great-grandma Cindy. Grandma Cheryl (DeAngelo), Grandma Marsha (Carnahan), and Grandpa Pat (Carnahan) were able to make it up, and many of our friends joined us in worship that day. Her baptismal sponsors were Chuck and Claire Meyer.
Anneliese’s Second Two Weeks
The title says it all – these are photos from the second half of Annie’s first month. She’s getting so big!
More pictures from Anneliese’s first two weeks
I’m getting caught up on posting pictures on Facebook and here on my personal site. Here are a few more pictures from Annie’s first two weeks.
More Pictures of Anneliese’s Birth
(If you’ve seen the latest pics on Facebook, these are just the same ones posted on my “real” website.)
Just got done uploading more pictures from the hospital here (yay for free, fast, in-room hospital wifi!). Here’s our sweetie:
Anneliese Elizabeth Carnahan
Jennifer and I are pleased to announce the birth of Anneliese Elizabeth Carnahan. She was born this morning at 12:21am and was 8 pounds and 21 inches long. Anneliese and Jennifer are doing really very well.
Bringing pictures home
I just finished bringing most of my online photos home to this domain. I had used Google’s Picasa in the past, and I still have pictures there, but I like the integration I have with WordPress. All of my pictures are available through the pictures tag.
Happy 4th Anniversary (to us!)
Jennifer and I celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary tonight. I took a picture to commemorate the occasion:

Ted and Jennifer
We went out to dinner at Taiko in Dubuque, which was a lovely time if very slow (we were the only ones in the restaurant when we arrived!). The food was delicious, though, and we had a table and a chef to ourselves. Very entertaining, too.
After dinner we went out to get Culver’s and pick up some Christmas groceries, and when we got home, Jennifer realized that she was missing a lens from her glasses. So we drove all the way back to Asbury Hy-Vee and found the lens on the ground underneath a car!
So yes, all things considered, it has been a nice anniversary. Here’s to many more! (71 more, perhaps?)
Baby Shower Pictures are up too!
Jennifer’s family threw a baby shower in Kansas City last weekend and here are the pictures we took. (I know there are others out there, so please send them to me.) Check out that last picture – the pile of presents is devouring our living room. AIEEEE!
Edit: Moved pictures to my own domain.
